Translation Process
Contact Us TodayOur 4-Step Process ensures you get the best results every time.
Step One-1
In the early stages, a potential client will provide us with the document and an expected time frame. All information sent to us is proprietary and confidential.
Accepted delivery methods: fax, email, hand delivery, or regular mail
Accepted file formats: PDF, HTML, DOC/DOCX, EXCEL, other
Step Three-3
On larger projects, once the client has approved the quote, we accept a deposit to get the translation started. Then a feedback loop starts where we provide a draft followed by the client giving feedback until he document meets their standards.
For smaller projects, such as translating a birth certificate, it’s not necessary to pre-pay. After the client approves the quoted price, we will provide a single draft.
Step Two-2
We discuss the size and scope of the project then provide a free quote. Timeline is confirmed at this time based on the nature, complexity, and length of the document.
Step Four-4
The final step includes making any last changes. We will deliver the final translated documentation to the client by courier or mail according to their preference. Alternatively, the client is always welcome to pick up the document from our office. Along with the translated document, there will be an accompanying invoice for the final amount due.
